Delight in Life Foundation's mission is to
help humanity by spreading the messages and teachings of
Bhagwad Gita.
Swamiji does not charge for any of his
teachings of Gita, Yoga, Pranayam, and Meditation.
However, your donation can greatly improve the quality of
life for those in need.
Here are some of the programs carried out
by Swamiji.
- "Mangalaya Gita Vidyapeeth" was
established in 1997, and is administered by Bhagwat
Geeta Parivar Trust, founded by Swamiji. The
school provides free education to over 250 students. In
addition to the academic curriculum, Sanskrit is an
essential component in the learning process. The school
requires Rs. 5,000 ($125) per child annually, which
includes education, food, clothing, medicines, and
teacher’s salary.
- Primary education is the foundation
for success in life. Keeping this in mind, Swamiji
also supports needy students by providing them with
tuition money for Post Secondary Education programs like
MBA, IT, Engineering, and others.
- Your continued support helped give
Clothes, Food, Medicine, Pots, and Pans to hundreds of
families in need and we hope to help many more.
- Swamiji helped several parents in
rural India who could not afford to pay for their
daughter's wedding. The cost of each wedding is about Rs.
30,000 ($800). Because of your generous donations,
he has been able to support about 10 brides a year.
Well wishers are encouraged to reap the
full benefit of spiritual growth and divine life through the
teachings of Swamiji. Everyone is encouraged to visit
the school in Ghazipur, U.P. and reside at the Vidyapeeth
with Swamiji to witness the ongoing enrichment of the
children.
As all programs are supported by
contributions, continued support is the key to the success
for people in need. Contributions can be in the form
of time, energy, and money.
